Abstract

The aim of this community service activity is to provide training on internet use in the Baitul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School environment so that students are able to use and utilize the internet optimally to support marketing activities resulting from student entrepreneurship. The training material includes how to browse, download, create emails, chat, mailing lists to support and create blogs as a publication and marketing medium. The target of the activity is students in the Islamic boarding school environment. Activities are carried out using lecture methods, direct practical demonstrations and technical guidance. Evaluation is carried out by conducting correspondence and post-test and pre-test evaluations with the participants in the activity. From the results of this training, it can be concluded that knowledge of optimizing the use of the internet for Santri as a marketing medium for entrepreneurial products in the Islamic boarding school environment is very necessary because in general participants have minimal knowledge about using the internet more optimally. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out basic and advanced training for students who are not yet familiar with the internet.
