Abstract
Assistance in using social media as a marketing tool for the patchwork home industry is an effort to increase participants' skills and knowledge in optimizing their business presence in the digital world. During the mentoring period, 20 participants received direct guidance and support to implement marketing strategies via social media platforms. Evaluation of the results of the assistance shows significant developments in marketing performance on social media. The average number of followers increased by 60%, indicating increased brand awareness and audience reach. User interaction and engagement also increased by 150%, reflecting a positive response from the audience to the content shared. The increase in sales conversion reached 60%, proving the effectiveness of marketing via social media in generating higher sales. The use of creative and inspirational content provides greater appeal to the audience, and the use of paid advertising helps reach a wider target market. Positive responses from consumers confirm that the improvements and innovations made by participants provide a better experience for customers. Overall, this assistance has had a positive impact in increasing the competitiveness of the patchwork home industry business in the increasingly dynamic digital era. With new skills and knowledge, participants are ready to face changing social media marketing trends and challenges more effectively, leading their businesses to greater success in an increasingly competitive market
