PENGABDIAN KEPADA MASYARAKAT: PENDAMPINGAN TATAKELOLA ORGANISASI PADA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU

Abstract

This community service aims to enhance organizational governance capacity at the Business Development Center (BDC) of Pringsewu Regency. The main issue addressed is the suboptimal management in program planning and resource management. The methods applied include managerial assistance, administrative training, and organizational structure evaluation. The results indicate an improvement in the board’s understanding of effective and efficient governance principles. This activity contributes to strengthening the BDC institution in supporting micro-enterprise development in the region. Therefore, this organizational governance mentoring is crucial to ensure the independence and sustainability of BDC in the future.
